All orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex, or UPS and include a tracking number. Packages are typically delivered within 3-10 business days. We work hard to ship all retail orders within 1-2 business days after the transaction has been processed. Although we only ship orders domestically throughout the United States, we will continue to explore options for shipping orders internationally.
We are committed to providing our customers with quality products. We always hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase but we realize that there are times you might need to return a product. Please review the information below for returning a product.
Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping costs.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling for returned products. Delivery charges are only refundable when the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
We will not issue a refund until after the merchandise arrives to our office. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the product with a delivery service that insures you for the value of the good. Be sure to record your tracking number for your records.
